Cornish Crab Linguine Sauce 350g

A delicate tomato sauce with roasted garlic, red wine, chilli, thyme, and a red wine vinegar reduction. Just cook the pasta and warm the sauce through for a simple, nutritious weekday supper that is ready in minutes. Handmade in batches in our Seafood Kitchen here in Cornwall.

You will receive:

**350g pouch of Cornish Crab Linguine Sauce (supplied frozen)**

*To prepare:*
* Allow the Crab Linguine Sauce to fully defrost
* Bring a pan of salted water to boil and boil the Linguine for 9 minutes.
* In a separate pan, gently warm the Linguine Sauce.
* Drain the Linguine, add to the Sauce. Stir thoroughly to coat the Linguine & serve.
