BALINESE CURRY PASTE

Not much cooking involved with this one, just gather your ingredients, pop into a blender and blend until you reach a fine paste and hey presto! You have a Balinese style curry paste!

Ingredients:

  • 80g Ginger
  • 60g Shallot
  • 30g Cashew Nuts
  • 20g Garlic
  • 15g Sugar
  • 8g Sesame Seeds
  • 3g Lemongrass Stalks
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 45ml Sunflower Oil
  • 1tsp Ground Black pepper
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Tumeric
  • 1/2tsp Ground Nutmeg
