One of the many wonderful creations of our Seafood Kitchen Team, the Asian Crab cake is a nifty little fusion wannabe that turned out to be a big hitter - extremely popular with our customers whenever we were able to make enough to put it on the shop.

Packed with the silky oriental flavours of coriander, ginger and lemongrass and weighing in at a hefty 180g, this tasty hand-made cake boasts the versatility to work not only as a lunchtime treat but also as a satisfying starter or a delicious main course when served with rice or noodles.
