Cornish King (Spider) Crab is a sustainable, large, long-legged creature commonly found around Cornwall’s coast, their claws are full of sweet white meat and make a glorious centrepiece.

Don't forget your enamel crackers, to help you get to that delicious meat with ease.

The Omega3 fatty acids found in shellfish such as crab have been found to help lower blood pressure, and minerals such as zinc, selenium and copper help to boost the immune system.

The weight includes the claws. Unfortunately we are unable to guarentee the amount of meat inside each claw - however, as a guide if picked well you could expect a maximum of around 100g of meat per 1kg.

These claws were blast-frozen within hours of cooking to maintain freshness.

Will be dispathed frozen, but will defrost in transit. Therefore, we're afraid they are not suitable for home freezing.

The claws will arrive **pre-cooked and frozen**. Simply pop them straight into the fridge to defrost fully before tucking in!

Consume within 4 days of delivery, must be kept refrigerated.
