Early in the morning the previous night's landing of crabs are cooked, ready to be hand picked in the same traditional way the Cornish have prepared fresh dressed crab for centuries.

Hand-picked daily, our fresh brown crab meat is sealed in trays then pasteurised to retain its delicious flavour.

We may have to add bread crumbs to the brown meat from time to time when it is watery so we are unable to guarantee that this is a gluten free product.

Please note: the crab claws illustrated in the above photograph are not included within this purchase.

The Omega3 fatty acids found in shellfish such as crab have been found to help lower blood pressure, and minerals such as zinc, selenium and copper help to boost the immune system.

All effort is made to ensure that crab meat has no shell or cartilage but please check through again before use.

Storage & Preparation 

Our fresh hand-picked Cornish brown crab meat will arrive sealed and trayed.

In some cases, this product may be dispatched frozen and begin to defrost in transit. Therefore might not be suitable for home freezing.

Keep chilled in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
