You can't compare the quality of our sustainably caught Lobsters.
Throughout the season, our Lobsters are delivered live to us daily by our fishermen, working around inlets and coves dotted around the Cornish coastline.
We cook and prepare your lobster meat, vacuum pack it to protect the flavour, and, best of all, we do all the work for you!
Our tasty lobster meat, beautifully delicate with a subtle sweet flavour, is ideal for making almost any lobster dish.
Facts
Rich in selenium and vitamin E
Landed in Padstow from pots dotted around the Cornish Coast. On rare occasions, due to market or weather conditions, we might have to substitute Cornish Lobster for ones sourced from outside of Cornwall.
Storage & Preparation
Keep refrigerated, for use-by dates please see the attached label.
This product will be dispatched frozen and begin to defrost in transit. Therefore, it may not be suitable for home freezing. Please order your lobster for delivery on the day before/day of intended consumption for freshness.
